pup king
This is on-going project of making the 7-meter huge stuffed dog, “Pup King” that has often appeared in Nara's works. for further information, click here: http://www.kanazawa21.jp/nara/pup_up_the_dog.html



pup patrol
Dog-costume project in which Nara's world and the museum space are harmonized. Children visitors wear the stuffed animal suits of dog designed by Nara, and explore inside the museum.

als ich das erste mal nach dem wandbild mit dem fussballspielenden bären gegoogelt habe- vor über einem jahr- bin ich noch auf eine seite gestoßen, die die rechte des malers verwaltet hat und die geschichte zu dem bild erklärt hat (gemalt zu einem sportfest in der hauptstadt der ddr mitte der achtziger).



inzwischen kann ich die seite nicht mehr finden.
dazugekommen ist ein neues grafitti, aufstand der würde.
(rebellion of dignity?)


und vor dem bären war an der wand eine werbung für florena.
auf die spur gekommen bin ich durch einen kommentar zu dem bild auf der flickr-seite von Tanja Deuß.
